Shipping policy
This policy applies to orders placed through kuxkn.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
If checkout does not accept your delivery address, please contact support@kuxkn.com before placing an order.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to supported US addresses on all orders, with no minimum order value.
We do not add undisclosed shipping or handling fees after purchase. Applicable sales tax, if any, is displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment authorization.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Our daily order cutoff is 6:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders received after this time begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time
Standard transit time is normally 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
Total estimated delivery time, including processing, is approximately 4–10 business days.
These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, carrier disruptions, severe weather, and address issues may affect delivery.
We will communicate significant delays when we become aware of them.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order-confirmation email after placing your order.
When tracking becomes available, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information. Carrier tracking may take additional time to show its first update.
Address Corrections
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error, contact support@kuxkn.com promptly. We will try to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries
If your shipment is significantly delayed, missing, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please email support@kuxkn.com with your order number and relevant details.
Photographs of the product and packaging may help us assess damaged or incorrect shipments.
We will investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider and work toward an appropriate resolution.
